Australia/Canberra: Zen Sensation Pty recalls all TS 20’s Gold Cigarettes due to failure to comply with Australia’s Trade Practices (Consumer Product Safety Standard) (Reduced Fire Risk Cigarettes) Regulations 2008, failure to self-extinguish and fire risks, all serious health and safety hazards. The Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (“ACCC”) reports the following Cigarettes are subject to this recall:

• TS 20’s Gold Cigarettes supplied by Zen Sensation Pty Ltd

According to the ACCC, the Cigarettes do not comply with the Trade Practices (Consumer Product Safety Standard) (Reduced Fire Risk Cigarettes) Regulations 2008. Specifically, the cigarettes do not self-extinguish, posing a serious fire hazard.

If you believe you have purchased or have in your possession any of the recalled Cigarettes, please do not light or smoke them. Instead, kindly return the remaining product to the store where you purchased it for a full refund.
