Lynch Foods Limited, a North York, Ontario establishment, recalls certain batch/lots of Earl’s Fig Spread, Recipe Fig Spread, Woolwich Fig Spread and Woolwich branded Fig Spread with Balsamic Vinegar products from the Canadian marketplace due to suspected Stone fragment contamination and consequential risks of choking, oral injury, internal ingestion, GI tract laceration damage and bowel obstruction, all serious health and safety hazards.
