US/Silver Spring: Wegmans Food Markets, Inc., a Gates, New York establishment, recalls certain batch/lots of Outrageous Oat Cookies from the American marketplace due to suspected mislabeling and consequential risks of undeclared Wheat, a known allergen, source of dietary intolerance and possible triggers of Anaphylaxis, a serious and potential fatal situation, requiring immediate medical intervention to minimize pain and suffering as well as prevent life-altering injury or death.
