Canada/Ottawa: Transport Canada, an Ottawa, Ontario regulatory and safety safety authority, recalls certain 2023 Honda Civic Sedans marketed, sold and delivered in Canada due to reported failure in the recalled Honda vehicles’ Auto-Brake Hold Mode Assembly. If this defect occurs, it may create problems with the Vehicle Stability Assist (“VSA”) Modulator and may cause the vehicle to move unexpectedly.
As a result, a Honda Civic vehicle that moves unexpectedly could increase the risk of a crash, motor vehicle collision (“MVC”) or other impact event with consequential serious injury and/or life-changing results.
