Vehicle Recall: Nissan Versa Hatchbacks & Sedans

Canada/Ottawa: Transport Canada, an Ottawa, Ontario regulatory and safety authority, recalls an estimated 111,411 model year 2007 to 2012 Nissan Versa Hatchbacks and Sedans marketed, sold and delivered in Canada.

On the affected Nissan vehicles, long-term exposure to high absolute humidity and temperature, combined with high temperature cycling, could eventually degrade the propellant contained in the passenger frontal airbag.
