S/Bethesda & Canada/Ottawa: IKEA US Retail LLC, a Virginia establishment and IKEA Canada Ltd Partnership, a Burlington, Ontario establishment, recall an estimated 25,100 IKEA branded LETTAN Mirrors (approximately 14,600 in the US and approximately 10,500 in Canada) from the American and Canadian marketplaces due to suspected component detachment and consequential risks of falls, laceration, traumatic brain injury (“TBI” or “concussion”), bone fractures and/or central nervous system (“CNS”) injury, all serious health and safety hazards requiring immediate medical intervention to minimize pain and suffering as well as prevent life-altering injury or death.
