US/Washington: East Coast Food Distributors, Inc., a Hudson, New Hampshire establishment and the Importer of Record, recalls an estimated 7,767 pounds of Pork Chicharron products that was imported from Colombia, a country ineligible to export Pork products to the United States, with consequential risks of bacterial infection, severe illness and/or possible life-changing complications, all serious health and safety hazards requiring immediate medical intervention to minimize pain and suffering as well as prevent life-altering injury or death.
