Canada/Ottawa: Costco Wholesale Canada, an Ottawa, Ontario establishment, recalls an estimated 60,080 Sunter Rechargeable LED Vanity Mirrors from the Canadian marketplace due to suspected overheating and consequential risks of fire, burns, scalds, smoke inhalation, respiratory failure, cardiac system collapse and/or property damage, all serious health and safety hazards requiring immediate medical intervention to minimize pain and suffering as well as prevent life-altering injury or death.
