Canada/Ottawa: 2629073 Ontario Inc., a Brampton, Ontario establishment, recalls certain batch/lots of Panchvati Supermarket branded Black Pepper from the Canadian marketplace due to suspected sand and dirt contamination and consequential risks of oral injury, bacterial infection, severe illness and/or possible life-changing complications, all serious health and safety hazards requiring immediate medical intervention to minimize pain and suffering as well as prevent life-altering injury or death.
