UK/London: Reckitt, a Slough, Berkshire establishment, recalls certain batch/lots of Nutramigen LGG Stage 1 Hypoallergenic Infant Formula and Nutramigen LGG Stage 2 Hypoallergenic Infant Formula from the British marketplace due to suspected Cronobacter sakazakii (formally known as Enterobacter sakazakii) contamination and consequential risks of Gram-negative bacterial infection, severe illness including sepsis and meningitis and/or possible life-changing complications, all serious health and safety hazards requiring immediate medical intervention to minimize pain and suffering as well as prevent life-altering injury or death.
