Canada/Ottawa: Baby Gourmet Foods Inc., a Calgary, Alberta establishment, recalls certain batch/lots of Little Gourmet Organic Mealtime Bowls from the Canadian marketplace due to suspected wood fragment contamination and consequential risks of choking, oral injury, internal ingestion, GI tract laceration damage, bowel obstruction/perforation and sepsis, all serious health and safety hazards requiring immediate medical intervention to minimize pain and suffering as well as prevent life-altering injury or death.
