UUS FlagS/Washington: H-E-B Grocery Company LP, a San Antonio, Texas establishment, recalls an estimated 1,400 Haven & Key Leather Woven Chairs from the American marketplace due to suspected structural failure and collapse with consequential risks of falls, laceration, traumatic brain injury (“TBI” or “concussion”), bone fractures and/or central nervous system (“CNS”) injury.
