US/Washington & Canada/Ottawa: Joules USA Inc, a New York, New York establishment recalls an estimated total 12,300 of Children’s Pajamas and Robes (an estimated 12,000 in the US and an estimated 300 in Canada) from the American and Canadian marketplaces due to suspected violation of Federal Flammability Standards failure and consequential risk of fire, burn and injury, all serious health and safety hazards.
