Canada/Ottawa: Joe Fresh, a Toronto, Ontario, establishment, recalls an estimated 5,654 Joe Fresh branded Hair Elastic and Jewellery products from the Canadian marketplace due to suspected breakage and consequential risks of laceration, and if accidentally ingested, choking, oral injury, internal ingestion, GI tract laceration damage, bowel obstruction and sepsis, all serious health and safety hazards requiring immediate medical intervention to minimize pain and suffering as well as prevent life-altering injury or death.
