Australia/Canberra: Elstar Motorcycle and Quads Pty Ltd., a Milperra, New South Wales establishment, recalls certain batch/lots of Ag Boss 250cc General Use Quad Bike Vehicles from the Australian marketplace due to reported failure to meet the mandatory standard for Quad Bikes and General Use Quad Bikes and failure of the operator protection device (“OPD”) for rollover protection with consequential risks of tip-over, falls, laceration, concussion, bone fractures and/or central nervous system (“CNS”) injury, all serious health and safety hazards requiring immediate medical intervention to minimize pain and suffering as well as prevent life-altering injury or death.
