UK/London: Ramona’s Kitchen, a Watford, Hertfordshire establishment, recalls certain batch/lots of Ramona’s branded Heavenly Original Houmous from the British marketplace due to suspected plastic fragment contamination and consequential risks of choking, oral injury, internal ingestion, GI tract laceration damage, bowel obstruction and sepsis, all serious health and safety hazards, requiring immediate medical intervention to minimize pain and suffering as well as prevent life-altering injury or death.
