US/Washington: Electrolux Home Products Inc., a Charlotte, North Carolina establishment, recalls an estimated 77,000 Frigidaire Stainless-Steel 30-inch 4-Burner and 36-inch 5-Burner Gas Cooktops from the American marketplace due to suspected Control Knob breakage with consequential risks of burns, explosion, smoke inhalation, respiratory failure and/or cardiac system collapse, all serious health and safety hazards requiring immediate medical intervention to minimize pain and suffering as well as prevent life-altering injury or death.
