Australia/Canberra: TOMY Australia, a Dandenong South, Victoria establishment, recalls certain batch/lots of Boon Flair Infant Highchairs from the Australian marketplace due to structural failure caused by bolt loosening with consequential risks of falls, lacerations, concussion, bone fracture and life-changing Central Nervous System (“CNS”) injuries, all serious health and safety hazards.

US/Bethesda & Canada/Ottawa: TOMY International Inc., an Oak Brook, Illinois establishment recalls an estimated total 85,850 TOMY branded Boon Flair & Flair Elite Infant Highchairs (approximately 83,000 in the US and approximately 2,850 in Canada) from the American and Canadian marketplaces due to structural failure caused by bolt loosening with consequential risks of falls, lacerations, concussion, bone fracture and life-changing Central Nervous System (“CNS”) injuries, all serious health and safety hazards.
