US FlagUS/Washington: Soojimus LLC, doing business as Cupkin, a Bothell, Washington establishment, recalls an estimated 346,000 Cupkin branded Double-Walled Stainless Steel Children’s Cups from the American marketplace due to suspected due to violation of US Federal Lead Content Ban with consequential risks of Anemia, vomiting, diarrhea, serious brain injury, developmental impairment and/or long-term damage, reproductive delays, genetoxicity and/or mutagenicitys, convulsions, coma, as well as long-term health effects related to the liver, kidneys, heart and immune system, all serious health and safety hazards requiring immediate medical intervention to minimize pain and suffering as well as prevent life-altering injury or death.
