Ltd., a Scoresby, Melbourne, Victoria establishment, recalls certain batch/lots of Hydraulic Lifting Vehicle Trolley Jacks from the Australian marketplace due to reported failure to comply with Australia’s Mandatory Standard for Trolley Jacks and consequential risks of laceration, concussion, bone fracture, crush, respiratory failure, cardiac system collapse, central nervous system (“CNS”) injury, concussion or Traumatic Brain Injury (“TBI”), all serious health and safety hazards requiring immediate medical intervention to minimize pain and suffering as well as prevent life-altering injury or death.
