US/Washington: Asaf Gida, doing business as Cocco Candy, a Turkey establishment, and KGR Distribution Corp., a Passaic, New Jersey establishment, recall an estimated 145,800 Cocco Candy branded Rolling Candy Confectionery products from the American marketplace due to suspected component detachment and consequential risks of choking, oral injury, internal ingestion, GI tract laceration damage, bowel obstruction/perforation and/or sepsis, all serious health and safety hazards requiring immediate medical intervention to minimize pain and suffering as well as prevent life-altering injury or death.
