Canada FlagCanada/Ottawa: Pi’ara Functional Foods Ltd., a Calgary, Alberta establishment, recalls certain batch/lots of Haskalife branded Pure Haskap Berry Super Shot Nutritional Supplements from the Canadian marketplace due to reported spoilage and possible bacterial and/or viral infection, severe illness and/or possible life-changing complications, all serious health and safety hazards requiring immediate medical intervention to minimize pain and suffering as well as prevent life-altering injury or death.
