Canada/Ottawa: Fresh Start Foods, a Milton, Ontario establishment, recalls certain batch/lots of Fresh Start Foods, Gordon Food Service (“GFS”), Ready-Set-Serve by Markon and Central Foods branded Cantaloupe Mixes as well as Fruit Mix products that contain Cantaloupe from the Canadian marketplace due to suspected Salmonella contamination and consequential risks of Gram-negative bacterial infection, severe illness and/or possible life-changing complications, all serious health and safety hazards requiring immediate medical intervention to minimize pain and suffering as well as prevent life-altering injury or death.
