Canada/Ottawa: Fortune Distribution Ltd., a Mississauga, Ontario establishment, recalls certain batch/lots of Pamana branded and Sunwave branded Mini Fruit Jelly Snack products from the Canadian marketplace due to possible presence of Konjac and consequential risks of choking, oral injury, GI tract damage, respiratory dysfunction and/or cardiac arrest, all serious health and safety hazards requiring immediate medical intervention to minimize pain and suffering as well as prevent life-altering injury or death.
