Canada/Ottawa: Newell Brands Canada ULC., a Brampton, Ontario establishment, recalls an estimated 4,700 bottles of the Elmer’s Rubber Cement from the Canadian marketplace due to reported failure to meet  the  requirements of Canada’a Consumer Chemicals and Containers Regulations, 2001 (CCCR, 2001) and consequential risks of flammability, fire, burns, scalds, smoke inhalation, respiratory failure, cardiac system collapse and/or property damage, all serious health and safety hazards requiring immediate medical intervention to minimize pain and suffering as well as prevent life-altering injury or death.
