Product Recall: Red Apple American Glory, Merica Fireworks

US/Washington: 13131 Imports LLC,, a Las Vegas, Nevada establishment, recalls an estimated 2,400 Red Apple Fireworks branded American Glory and Merica AF Fireworks from the American marketplace due to reported premature explosion hazard and violation of the US Federal Firework Safety Standards with consequential risks of fire, burns, eye damage, finger amputation, smoke inhalation, respiratory failure and/or cardiac system collapse, all serious health and safety hazards requiring immediate medical intervention to minimize pain and suffering as well as prevent life-altering injury or death.
