US/Silver Spring: World Green Nutrition, Inc.., a San Antonio, Texas establishment, recalls numerous batch/lots of Elv Alipotec branded Mexican Tejocote Root Supplement Pieces (Raiz De Tejocote Mexicano Suplemento En Trozos) from the American marketplace due to suspected Yellow Oleander contamination with consequential risks of neurological, gastrointestinal, and cardiovascular damage, severe illness and/or possible life-changing complications, all serious health and safety hazards requiring immediate medical intervention to minimize pain and suffering as well as prevent life-altering injury or death.
