UK/London: Just Crisps, a Rugeley, Staffs, establishment, recalls certain batch/lots of Sea Salt & Apple Balsamic Vinegar Potato Crisps from the British marketplace due to suspected mislabeling and consequential undeclared Milk, a known allergen, source of dietary intolerance and possible trigger of Anaphylaxis, a serious and potential fatal situation, requiring immediate medical intervention to minimize pain and suffering as well as prevent life-altering injury or death.

The UK Food Standards Agency (“FSA”) reports the following Potato Crisps are subject to recall:

• Just Crisps Sea Salt & Apple Balsamic Vinegar Potato Crisps, sold in 40 gram and 150 gram bags with a best-before date of 8th April 2024

==> No barcodes, EANs, item numbers, manufacturing date codes, production dates, expiry dates, regulatory approval designations, registration numbers, agency approval designations or other identification numbers were listed with this recall notification.

Please consult the photograph above for details of the food’s packaging, design and retail presentation. One (1) additional image of the recalled products or foods can be found on the Web site above.

According to the FSA, Just Crisps has recalled certain batch/lots of Sea Salt & Apple Balsamic Vinegar Potato Crisps from the British marketplace due to suspected mislabeling and consequential undeclared Milk. As a direct result of this suspected defect, you should neither serve nor consume the recalled Snack Foods identified above.

Proposed Remedy:
If you believe you have purchased or have in your possession any of these recalled Sea Salt & Apple Balsamic Vinegar Potato Crisps and could be allergic to their Milk ingredients, have a close family member who is allergic or has previously experienced Anaphylaxis or are unsure of your allergy status, please do not consume them directly nor use them as an ingredient in another dish or preparation. Instead, return the product to the store where you purchased it for a full refund.

==> If you have a medical emergency, please contact 9-9-9, your closest hospital A&E or emergency centre equipped to properly treat Anaphylaxis.
