US FlagUCanada FlagS/Bethesda & Canada/Ottawa: The Simplay3 Company, a Streetsboro, Ohio establishment recalls an estimated total 113,962 Simplay3 branded Toddler Towers (approximately 108,450 in the US and approximately 5,512 in Canada) from the American and Canadian marketplaces due to reported tip-over hazard with consequential risks of falls, laceration, concussion, bone fractures and/or central nervous system (“CNS”) injury, all serious health and safety hazards requiring immediate medical intervention to minimize pain and suffering as well as prevent life-altering injury or death.

Additional information:
The US Consumer Product Safety Commission (“CPSC”) reports this recall involves certain Simplay3 Toddler Towers, sold with a model designation of 41807, as follows:

  • Simplay3 Toddler Towers, sold in a variety of colors including Espresso (dark brown), White and Gray. The brand, Simplay3 can be found printed on the base of the Tower and along its Upper Railing. The product’s measure approximately 34″ by 17-1/2″ by 16″ and a model number can be found printed on the base of the Tower:
    • 41807-01 (espresso), sold with a date code Nov 2018 to June 2023
    • 41807-02 (gray), sold with a date code Nov 2018 to June 2023
    • 41807-03 (white), sold with a date code Nov 2018 to June 2023

In this case, this recall was initiated after the Simplay3 Company received sixteen (16) reports of Toddler Towers tipping over while in use, including ten (10) reports of injuries, six (6) of which were head contusions.

Please note: this is a joint recall from the US Consumer Product Safety Commission (“CPSC”) and Health Canada (“HCSC”).
