US/Silver Spring: Scenic Fruit Company, a Gresham, Oregon establishment, recalls certain batch/lots of Cadia branded Organic Pineapple and Trader Joe’s branded Organic Tropical Fruit Blend products containing Pineapple, Banana, Strawberry and Mango, from the American marketplace due to suspected Listeria monocytogenes contamination and consequential risks of Gram-positive bacterial infection, severe illness and/or possible life-changing complications, all serious health and safety hazards requiring immediate medical intervention to minimize pain and suffering as well as prevent life-altering injury or death.
