US/Silver Spring: Fresh Express, a Salinas, California establishment and subsidiary of Chiquita Brands International Sàrl of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, recalls certain batch/lots of Fresh Express, Giant Eagle, Hy-Vee, Little Salad Bar, Marketside, Signature Farms and Wholesome Pantry branded Salads from the American marketplace and sold at Walmart stores due to suspected Cyclospora cayetanensisa contamination and consequential risks of Cyclospora infection, severe illness and/or possible life-changing complications, all serious health hazards.
