US/Washington: Dean & Peeler Meatworks, LLC, a Poth, Texas establishment, recalls an estimated 1,835 pounds of Peeler Farms and R-C Ranch Texas Craft Meats Fresh Ground Beef products from the American marketplace due to suspected Escherichia coli (“E.coli”) O157:H7 contamination and consequential risks of Gram-negative bacterial infection, severe illness and/or possible life-changing complications, all serious health and safety hazards requiring immediate medical intervention to minimize pain and suffering as well as prevent life-altering injury or death.
