US/Washington: Cargill Meat Solutions, a Hazleton, Pennsylvania establishment, recalls an estimated 16,243 pounds of Raw Ground Beef products sold at Walmart Stores from the American marketplace due to suspected Escherichia coli (“E.coli”) O157:H7 contamination and consequential risks of Gram-negative bacterial infection, severe illness and/or possible life-changing complications, all serious health and safety hazards requiring immediate medical intervention to minimize pain and suffering as well as prevent life-altering injury or death.
