Canada/Ottawa: Transport Canada, an Ottawa, Ontario regulatory and safety safety authority, recalls certain 2019 and 2020 model year Ford Fusion Energi Plug-In Hybrid Electric Vehicles (“PHEV”) marketed, sold and delivered in Canada.
On certain Fusion Energi Plug-In Hybrid Electric Vehicles (“PHEVs”), the High-Voltage Battery Energy Control Module could become damaged. If this defect occurs, there could be a loss of power to the Wheels or the Control Module could overheat.
