Canada/Ottawa: Frankly Fresh Salads Incorporated, a Vancouver, British Columbia establishment, recalls certain batch/lots of Frankly Fresh, Fresh St. Market and unbranded Fruit Salads and Cantaloupe Chunks and from the Canadian marketplace due to suspected Salmonella and consequential risks of Gram-negative bacterial infection, severe illness and/or possible life-changing complications, all serious health and safety hazards requiring immediate medical intervention to minimize pain and suffering as well as prevent life-altering injury or death.
