Canada/Ottawa: GDE Grocery Delivery E-Services Canada Inc., doing business as HelloFresh Canada, a Toronto, Ontario establishment, recalls certain batch/lots of Factor branded Parmesan Pesto Chicken Meals with Steamed Spinach, Roasted Green Beans & Grape Tomatoes from the Canadian marketplace due to reported underprocessing and consequential risks of bacterial and/or viral contamination, severe illness and/or possible life-changing complications, all serious health and safety hazards requiring immediate medical intervention to minimize pain and suffering as well as prevent life-altering injury or death.
