Vehicle Recall: GM Hummer EV Pickup SUVs

Canada/Ottawa: Transport Canada, an Ottawa, Ontario regulatory and safety safety authority, recalls certain 2022 GM Hummer Sport Utility Vehicles (“SUVs”) marketed, sold and delivered in Canada.

On certain vehicles, the High-Voltage Battery Pack may not be properly sealed. If this defect occurs, water could enter the battery pack. As a result, the vehicle may not start or there could be a loss of power to the wheels if the vehicle is in motion.
