US/Washington: Kichler Lighting LLC, a Cleveland, Ohio establishment recalls an estimated total 40,060 Kichler branded 52-inch LED Indoor Ceiling Fans (approximately 38,900 in the US and approximately 3,160 in Canada) from the American and Canadian marketplaces due to suspected component detachment and consequential risk of injury from falling debris, lacerations and property damage, all serious safety hazards.
