US/Silver Spring: Hy-Vee, Inc., a West Des Moines, Iowa establishment recalls all current batch/lots of certain Hy-Vee branded Bagged Salad products from the American marketplace due to suspected Cyclospora cayetanensisa contamination and consequential risks of Cyclospora infection, parasitic infiltration, severe illness and/or possible life-changing complications, all serious health hazards.
