Australia/Canberra: Kaleidoscope Australasia Pty Ltd., a Richlands, Queensland establishment, recalls certain batch/lots of Tender Leaf Toys, Stacking Forest from the Australian marketplace due to suspected failure to comply with Australia’s Mandatory Standard for Toys for Children up to and including 36 months of age and consequential risks of component detachment with choking, laceration, burns, GI tract laceration damage, bowel obstruction and/or sepsis, all serious health and safety hazards requiring immediate medical intervention to minimize pain and suffering as well as prevent life-changing injury.
