Australia/Canberra: CostumeBox Pty Ltd., a Manly, New South Wales, establishment, recalls certain batch/lots of Rainbow Neon LED Light Up Tutu Costume Skirts from the Australian marketplace due to the reported failure to provide the required warning information concerning so-called “Button” Batteries and consequential risks of choking, laceration, burns, GI tract laceration damage, bowel obstruction and/or sepsis, all serious health and safety hazards requiring immediate medical intervention to minimize pain and suffering as well as prevent life-changing injury or death.
