US/Bethesda: Adven Group, doing business as Nap Queen Sleep, a Missouri City, Texas establishment, recalls an estimated 117,200 Nap Queen Sleep Victoria Hybrid Mattresses from the American marketplace due to suspected failure to comply with US Federal Mattress Flammability Regulations and consequential risks of burns, scalds, smoke inhalation, respiratory failure and/or cardiac system collapse, all serious health and safety hazards requiring immediate medical intervention to minimize pain and suffering as well as prevent life-altering injury or death.

Additional information:
The US Consumer Product Safety Commission (“CPSC”) reports this recall involves certain sizes and thicknesses of the Nap Queen Sleep Victoria Cooling Gel and Pocket Coil Hybrid Mattresses marketed, sold and delivered in the United States, as follows:

• Nap Queen Sleep Victoria Cooling Gel and Pocket Coil Hybrid Mattresses, manufactured prior to October 2023, models NQ691011, NQ691015, NQ691021, NQ691031, NQ691041, NQ691211, NQ691215, NQ691221, NQ691231, NQ691241, NQ69811, NQ69815, NQ69821, NQ69831 and NQ69841. The single-sided Mattresses have a white knit top panel quilted in wavy diamonds, and a black woven quilted side panel. They were sold compressed in a box. The Mattresses’ top and bottom edges are black with yellow stitching with the brand, “Nap Queen Sleep”; the style, “Victoria Hybrid”; the model number, and manufacture date appear on a white label sewn onto the Mattress cover.

==> No barcodes, UPCs, regulatory approval designations, registration numbers, agency approval designations or other identification numbers were listed with this recall notification.

According to the CPSC, Adven Group, doing business as Nap Queen Sleep has recalls an estimated 117,200 Nap Queen Sleep Victoria Hybrid Mattresses from the American marketplace due to suspected failure to comply with US Federal Mattress Flammability Regulations and consequential risks of burns, scalds, smoke inhalation, respiratory failure and/or cardiac system collapse.

In this case, this recall was initiated after the Mattresses were reportedly found to violate mandatory US Federal Flammability Regulations for Mattresses, posing a fire hazard to those who use the product.

Proposed Remedy:
If you believe you have purchased or have in your possession any of the recalled Nap Queen Sleep Victoria Cooling Gel and Pocket Coil Hybrid Mattresses, please do not use them. Instead, kindly contact Nap Queen to receive a free fitted cover to put on their Mattress to bring it into compliance with the Federal Standard. The firm is contacting all known purchasers directly.
