Product Recall: True Manufacturing Commercial Refrigerators

US/Bethesda & Mexico/Mexico City: True Manufacturing Co. Inc., an O’Fallon, Missouri establishment (for the Commercial Refrigerators), and Secop GmbH, a Germany establishment (for the Compressors), recall an estimated 29,250 True Manufacturing Commercial Refrigerators with Secop Compressors (approximately 29,200 in the United States and 50 in Mexico) from the American and Mexican marketplace due to suspected overheating hazard with consequential risks of burns, scalds, smoke inhalation, respiratory failure and/or cardiac system collapse, all serious health and safety hazards requiring immediate medical intervention to minimize pain and suffering as well as prevent life-altering injury or death.

Australia/Canberra: Romper & Co., a Melbourne, Victoria establishment, recalls certain batch/lots of Romper & Co Fingerless Glove Mittens from the Australian marketplace due to suspected failure to comply with requirements of Australia’s mandatory standard ‘Consumer Protection Notice No. 14 of 2003 – Consumer Product Safety Standard: Toys for Children up to and including 36 months of age’ and consequential risks of choking, oral injury, ingestion,  GI tract laceration damage and bowel obstruction, all serious health and safety hazards requiring immediate medical intervention to minimize pain and suffering as well as prevent life-changing injury.
