Vehicle Recall: Rivian R1S SUVs & Rivian R1T Pickup Trucks

Canada/Ottawa: Transport Canada, an Ottawa, Ontario regulatory and safety authority, recalls an estimated 1,227 model year 2022, 2023 and 2024 Rivian R1S Sport Utility Vehicles (“SUVs”) and Rivian R1T Pickup Trucks marketed, sold and delivered in Canada.

On the affected Rivian EVs, the Daytime Running Lamps (“DRLs”) may not turn on if the multi-function switch is in the “PARKING” position.
