US/Silver Spring: Electric City Sweets, a Scranton, Pennsylvania establishment, recalls an estimated 1,644 Red Velvet Milk Chocolate Bars from the American marketplace due to suspected mislabeling and consequential undeclared Milk, a known allergen, sources of dietary intolerance and possible trigger of Anaphylaxis, a serious and potential fatal situation, requiring immediate medical intervention to minimize pain and suffering as well as prevent life-altering injury or death.

Canada/Ottawa: Transport Canada, an Ottawa, Ontario regulatory and safety authority, recalls an estimated 3,256 model year 2015 to 2019 Kia Soul EV Sport Utility Vehicles (“SUVs”) marketed, sold and delivered in Canada.

On the affected Kia SUVs, the vehicle’s Transmission could be damaged if the driver shifts to the “P” (PARK) position before the vehicle has completely stopped moving.
