US/Silver Spring: Lqnn Inc., a Garden Grove, California establishment, recalls certain batch/lots of Saigon Gourmet branded Banh Ba Xa and Banh Pia Baked Cakes from the American marketplace due to suspected mislabeling and consequential undeclared Egg. a known allergen, source of dietary intolerance and possible trigger of Anaphylaxis, a serious and potential fatal situation, requiring immediate medical intervention to minimize pain and suffering as well as prevent life-altering injury or death.

Canada/Ottawa: Transport Canada, an Ottawa, Ontario regulatory and safety authority, recalls an estimated 5,200 model year 2020, 2021 and 2022 Mercedes-Benz GLC Class Sport Utility Vehicles (“SUVs”) marketed, sold and delivered in Canada.

On the affected Mercedes-Benz SUVs, the Headlamps were not adjusted properly at the factory.
