Among the seventy-seven (77) recalls the NHTSA announced in November comes news of the following:

Logo - Triumph Motorcycles America, Ltd. ("Triumph")Triumph Motorcycles America, Ltd. (“Triumph”), an Atlanta, Georgia establishment and a subsidiary of Triumph Motorcycles Ltd. of Hinckley, Leicestershire, England, has recalled an estimated 3,557 model 2020 Triumph Rocket 3 TFC, 2020-2024 Triumph Rocket 3 R, Rocket 3 GT, 2022 Triumph Rocket 3 GT Triple Black, and Triumph Rocket 3 R Black Motorcycles marketed, sold and delivered in the United States.

Recall Category: Service Brakes, Hydraulic – Rear Brakes may require extended distance to stop

NHTSA Safety Notification 23V730000 reports the Rear Brake Master Cylinder may fail to move fluid through the system properly, requiring an extended distance to stop.

According to the NHTSA, extended stopping distance increases the risk of a crash, motor vehicle collision (“MVC”) or other impact event with consequential serious injury and/or life-changing results.

Proposed Remedy:
Authorized Triumph Dealers will replace the Rear Brake Master Cylinder, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed November 20, 2023.

Owners may contact Triumph’s Customer Service at +1-678-854-2010 during normal business hours, Monday to Friday, Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) for more information. Triumph’s designation for this recall is SRAN 611.
