US/Bethesda & Canada/Ottawa: Luxor Workspaces LLC, a Waukegan, Illinois establishment, recalls an estimated total 86,350 Luxor Workspaces branded Three-Shelf Audiovisual Carts (approximately 84,700 in the US and approximately 1,650 in Canada) from the American and Canadian marketplaces due to suspected tip-over hazard with consequential risks of falls, crush, laceration, concussion, bone fractures and/or central nervous system (“CNS”) injury, all serious health and safety hazards requiring immediate medical intervention to minimize pain and suffering as well as prevent life-altering injury or death.
