Australia/Canberra: Comsol Pty Ltd., a Glendenning, New South Wales establishment, recalls certain Comsol 4-Port USB Wall Chargers sold at Officeworks from the Australian marketplace due to suspected wall plug detachment, electrical wire exposure, electric shock and/or electrocution, all serious health and safety hazards requiring immediate medical intervention to minimize pain and suffering as well as prevent life-altering injury or death.

The Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (“ACCC”) reports the following Electrical Accessories are subject to this Quick Look recall:

• Comsol 4-Port USB Chargers with a rating of 4.2W, consisting of four-port USB type A wall chargers with an Officeworks product code of COWC445WH and a part code of WC445WH
  

==> No barcodes, APNs, production dates, regulatory approval designations, registration numbers, agency approval designations or other identification numbers were listed with this recall notification.
