Pinnacle Foods Inc., a Parsippany, New Jersey establishment, recalls an estimated 7,768 cases of Wish Bone branded House Italian Salad Dressing due to suspected mislabeling and consequential risk of undeclared Egg and Milk, both known allergens, sources of dietary intolerance and possible triggers of Anaphylaxis, a serious and potential fatal situation, requiring immediate medical intervention.
